We stand behind the quality of the Band 8 Accelerator Program. That is why we offer two layers of protection on every purchase — a satisfaction window for students who need time to evaluate the program, and a performance guarantee for students who complete the full course and do the work.
These are real commitments, not fine-print disclaimers. Below is exactly how each one works.
Go through the first module. Work through the materials. Start applying the frameworks to your practice. If within 7 days of purchase you determine the program is not the right fit for you — for any reason — email us at info@ieltswithinstructordaniel.com and we will issue a full refund.
No justification required. No back-and-forth. Refunds under this policy are processed within 5–7 business days.
If you complete all eight modules of the program, consistently apply the system to your IELTS preparation, sit your IELTS examination, and your band score does not improve by at least 0.5 bands compared to your most recent official result — you are entitled to a full renewal of program access at no additional cost.

The Performance Guarantee applies to returning test takers only — students who have a prior official IELTS band score on record. First-time test takers are not eligible for the Performance Guarantee but remain fully eligible for the 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Refunds are not issued outside of the two conditions above. The following do not qualify:
All refund requests must be submitted by email to info@ieltswithinstructordaniel.com. Here is what to include depending on which layer you are claiming:
For Layer 1: state that you are requesting a refund under the 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and include your full name and the email address used at purchase. For Layer 2: state that you are claiming the Performance Guarantee and attach your supporting documentation.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm whether all required information has been received.
Approved Layer 1 refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method via Selar. Approved Layer 2 claims result in a full renewal of your program access within 2 business days.
Upon approval of a Layer 1 refund, your access to the Band 8 Accelerator Program will be revoked. Course materials downloaded or saved prior to the refund may not be retained or used — doing so constitutes a breach of our intellectual property terms as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
