Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or accessing the Band 8 Accelerator Program. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
The Band 8 Accelerator Program ("the Program") is a digital IELTS preparation course created and operated by Instructor Daniel ("we", "us", "our"). The Program is sold and delivered through Selar (selar.com) and associated platforms.

The Band 8 Accelerator Program is a self-paced, pre-recorded digital course designed to help students prepare for the IELTS examination. It consists of eight modules covering all four IELTS skills — Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking — along with associated practice tools and frameworks.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.
The Program is a self-directed course only. It does not include live classes, one-on-one coaching sessions, writing evaluations, or speaking corrections unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
By purchasing the Program, you confirm that:
All payments are processed through Selar. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. International payment options may be available at checkout.
Payment must be made in full before access to the Program is granted. We do not offer deferred payment for the Core Course.
Prices are subject to change. The price you pay at the point of purchase is the price that applies to your order, regardless of any subsequent price changes.
Upon confirmed payment, you will receive access credentials to the course platform. Access is granted for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
It is your responsibility to ensure you use the access period provided. We are not liable for any loss of access due to your failure to engage with the Program during the access window.
Access is granted to one individual only. Sharing login credentials or course materials with third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
We offer a two-layer protection policy:
If you access the Program and determine within 7 days of purchase that it is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund by emailing us at info@ieltswithinstructordaniel.com. No further justification is required. Refunds under this policy are processed within 5–7 business days.
If you complete all eight modules of the Program, consistently apply the system to your IELTS preparation, sit your IELTS examination, and your band score does not improve by at least 0.5 bands compared to your most recent result, you are entitled to a full renewal of Program access at no additional cost.

The Performance Guarantee applies to returning test takers only. First-time test takers are not eligible for the Performance Guarantee but remain eligible for the 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Refunds are not issued outside of the above two conditions. A change of mind after the 7-day window, failure to engage with the Program, or dissatisfaction arising from circumstances unrelated to the Program's content do not qualify for a refund.
All content within the Band 8 Accelerator Program — including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, frameworks, tools, worksheets, and course structure — is the exclusive intellectual property of Instructor Daniel.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the course materials for your own private IELTS preparation. This licence does not permit you to:
Unauthorised use of course materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action.
The Band 8 Accelerator Program is designed to give you the frameworks, strategies, and knowledge used by high-scoring IELTS candidates. However, we do not and cannot guarantee specific band score outcomes.
Your results will depend on factors including but not limited to your current English proficiency level, the consistency and quality of your practice, the time you commit to preparation, and your performance on the day of the examination.
Any examples of student results referenced in our marketing materials are illustrative of what is possible, not a guarantee of what you will achieve.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Instructor Daniel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Program, including but not limited to failed exam outcomes, relocation delays, missed deadlines, or loss of opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Program shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.
The Band 8 Accelerator Program is hosted and delivered through third-party platforms including Selar. We are not responsible for technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions caused by those platforms.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Program, contact us at info@ieltswithinstructordaniel.com and we will work to resolve it or extend your access window accordingly.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
